The FEM Leadership Program is officially launching a brand-new educational initiative — a dedicated lecture series designed to empower young women by exploring the vital connection between the body, mental well-being, confidence, and personal growth.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and open space where teenage girls can find answers to sensitive questions, embrace their individuality, and build the inner strength needed to become the leaders of tomorrow.
We kicked off this exciting series with an incredibly powerful and honest debut session:
“My Body, My Story: Health, Hormones, and the Power of Being Real.”
Diving Deep into the Debut Session
The first webinar brought together top-tier experts to tackle two of the most important aspects of growing up: physical health and the power of personal narrative.
✨ Part 1: Real Talk: How Sharing Your Story Helps You Understand Yourself
Speaker: Annetta Benzar, Senior Writer at Forbes Cyprus, Podcaster (“Future Makers”), and Storytelling Strategy Consultant
Focus: This segment shifted the focus to psychological well-being and personal branding through authentic self-expression. Annetta guided the girls through the art of storytelling, illustrating how personal narratives shape identity.

How analyzing and sharing your own story helps you understand your values and goals on a deeper level.
Why opening up about your experiences is not a weakness, but a tool to build deeper, more meaningful connections with others.
Embracing your unique background to build unapologetic self-confidence.
Moving past social media filters into real, impactful conversations.
