We hosted a powerful live webinar “Soft Skills and Their Impact on Teenage Education” where leading voices in education, youth development, and leadership came together to explore this critical question. What is FEM – Future Empowered Minds?
FEM is an international online educational program designed for girls aged 13–17 across all over the world.The initiative aims to develop essential life and leadership skills that often fall outside traditional school curricula – but are crucial for success in today’s world.
The program includes:
- international mentorship from inspiring women leaders and experts;
- live expert talks and interactive workshops;
- peer learning circles where girls connect, share, and grow together;
- development of soft skills like confidence, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and emotional intelligence;
- personal growth tools to support identity building, resilience, and purpose.
Over the course, participants will engage in online sessions and self-paced tasks that help them better understand their potential, voice, and impact. The program is inclusive, youth-friendly, and completely free of charge.
