The finale of the FEM 2.0 Online Program proved that leadership has no age. After 12 weeks of intensive learning, participants presented final projects that impressed international experts with their depth, courage, and professional execution.

The FEM 2.0 Final Summit was the culmination of a three-month journey in our “leadership laboratory.” These young women didn’t just attend classes; they transformed from dreamers into strategists, mastering everything from negotiation and financial literacy to public speaking and project management.

More Than Just a Pitch

The level of preparation this year was exceptional. Each team invested countless hours into researching market gaps and designing sustainable solutions for modern challenges. Whether tackling mental health, ecology, or digital hygiene, the meaning behind every project was clear.

The jury members were so impressed by the caliber of the work that they extended offers of mentorship and professional support to several teams—not just the winners. This underscores the core value of the FEM program: creating real-world impact that resonates far beyond the classroom.

Zu Tohtayeva, one of FEM’s course speakers and mentors, worked directly with participants throughout the program:

“Over the eight weeks, I saw a real change in how the girls approached things. At the start, many were hesitant to speak up, but gradually they became more confident in sharing their ideas. What stood out to me about FEM is that it’s very hands-on – it’s less about being told what to do, and more about learning through trying, making mistakes, testing ideas and learning through the process. It really does give voice to the next generation of female leaders”

Yangos Hadjiyannis, CEO of the Cyprus Business School and a member of the professional jury, emphasized the academic and practical value of the initiative:

“The level of strategic thinking demonstrated by these young women is a testament to the effectiveness of the FEM program’s model. At Cyprus Business School, we value the bridge between education and real-world application, and FEM is successfully building that bridge for the next generation of female leaders in Cyprus and beyond.”

The Road to Victory: Summit Results

The competition was incredibly tight, with final scores decided by the smallest of margins:

  • 🥇 1st Place — Team 1, Innerecho (Mentor: Anastasia Lunyk)

  • 🥈 2nd Place — Team 3, Eco Toloka (Mentor: Julia Kravchuk)

  • 🥉 3rd Place — Team 5, Stereotalks (Mentor: Maria Yarotska)

In a remarkable turn of events, Team 2 — Control Your Scroll (Mentor: Zu Tokhtaeva) placed 4th, trailing the top three by only a single point. Due to this outstanding performance, the foundation has officially placed the team on the waiting list for the upcoming FEM Leadership Camp in Cyprus.

Recognizing Educational Excellence

While the Summit focuses on project delivery, we also look at the consistency of the learning process over the full three months. We are proud to announce that six additional participants have been invited to join the Cyprus Camp based on their exceptional academic commitment and personal growth during the program.

The Journey Continues

To every girl who participated in FEM 2.0: you are already a leader. You have built a network, honed your voice, and proven that you have the courage to lead.

The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation remains committed to empowering young women to take ownership of their futures. The success of this cohort is a powerful reminder that when you give girls the right tools, they don’t just follow paths—they build them.

One year of FEM: what the numbers show

Since launching in 2024, the FEM community has grown to over 700 active participants. The foundation received nearly 2,000 applications for the two online program cohorts. 138 girls completed the full program. The network currently spans girls from 12 countries, supported by 8 mentors, 25 speakers, and 3 ambassadors.

Offline, the program has run two leadership camp and five retreats in Cyprus.

Stay tuned for updates on the launch of our next cohort and follow the journey of our graduates as they head to the FEM Leadership Camp 2026 this summer!
