Empowering Alumnae Through the New FEM Ambassador Programme. The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation is expanding its flagship initiative with the launch of Girls Leading Change — a dedicated Ambassador Programme designed specifically for FEM alumnae.

FEM has grown far beyond a standalone educational course. Today, the ecosystem encompasses:

international offline camps in Cyprus,
the FEM Lecture Series,
FEM community
and now Girls Leading Change, which ensures that the journey continues long after graduation.

Girls Leading Change was created to keep alumnae deeply connected with the broader FEM Community while opening doors for personal growth, visibility, and leadership. Through the initiative, ambassadors can share their firsthand experiences, mentor incoming participants, and serve as role models for the next generation of young women.
