On October 29, FEM hosted an empowering online event — “How to Convert Passion into Profession and Succeed” — featuring three outstanding Forbes 30 Under 30 female entrepreneurs who shared their personal stories, leadership insights, and lessons learned on the way to success.
The speakers included:
Léonie Kennepohl, Co-Founder of Female x Finance (FxF) — a global community supporting future female leaders in finance. After facing barriers breaking into the industry, Léonie co-founded FxF to help women start and grow their careers in finance with guidance and confidence.
Brittany Diego, Celebrity Stylist and Founder of Fashion Mentor, whose clients have appeared at the Oscars, Emmys, and the MET Gala. Her platform helps aspiring stylists build successful careers in fashion, and her new book “The Fashion Stylist Blueprint” continues to inspire a new generation of creatives.
Nikki Sanz, Founder & CEO of Giggs, the career platform transforming hiring in the live events industry. Recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 North America 2025, Nikki has scaled Giggs to over 35,000 professionals and 1,600 companies, securing major partnerships and investments along the way.
