The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of FEM – Future Empowered Minds Online Program 2.0, a leadership and soft skills program for teenage girls aged 13–18. This fully free initiative is designed to help young girls build the confidence, knowledge, and support systems they need to lead – in school, in their communities, and in the world.
Following the successful completion of its first edition, the FEM Online Program announces the opening of applications for the second cohort, aimed at motivated teenage girls from Cyprus. Girls aged 13-18 may already apply via this link https://form.typeform.com/to/yKvfLiL0.
The first cohort brought together 60 participants who spent three months learning, collaborating, and developing their leadership potential in an international online environment. During the program, the girls completed a structured educational journey focused on leadership, communication, self-awareness, and project development. Working in teams with the support of mentors, participants turned ideas into action.
The program concluded with an online final summit, where teams presented their own social initiatives, competed for prizes, and received recognition for both team and individual achievements. All participants were awarded certificates of completion, including free English-learning certificates to support their continued personal and academic growth. Winners of the final competition received special gifts.
Building on this strong foundation, the second cohort of the FEM Online Program will offer even more opportunities for girls in Cyprus who are ready to grow, learn, and lead. The upcoming edition will include:
- A structured curriculum focused on leadership, confidence-building, emotional intelligence, and practical skills for real-life challenges
- Team-based learning with mentorship from inspiring female leaders
- A final project competition where participants will design and pitch their own initiatives
- Access to English learning resources, personal development tools, and a supportive international community
The FEM Online Program aims to empower the next generation of young female leaders by providing knowledge, mentorship, and a safe space for growth and collaboration.
