The countdown has begun – the FEM Online Program kicks off very soon, and we’re thrilled to introduce the mentors who will guide you on this journey.

At FEM, you’re never alone. Throughout the 4-month program, our mentors will be right by your side – to guide, support, and inspire you every step of the way.

Meet FEM Online Program Mentors

Anastasia Lunyk Gousev

Anastasia is a culture transformation and organisational development specialist as well as an executive coach with over 15 years’ experience of working with financial services organisations spending over 10 years supporting technology function. She has worked in consulting, advisory and industry in Ukraine, UK and Cyprus, including nine years as part of the Strategy and Transformation group of a global Investment Banking company.

Her specialism includes individual, organisational and cultural assessment, change management, board effectiveness review and learning and development strategy and communications. She facilitates a range of leadership skills workshops.

Anastasia is accredited in several psychometric tools and holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.  Her qualifications include a PhD in Change Management & Organisational Culture.

Anastasia Sylenok

Co-founder Digitizing.Space, HATA Hub. WTECH Ambassador. Launcher of impact-oriented projects. Ecosystems builder. Consultant for business launch, scale, and growth. Expert in change and crisis management. 

10+ years in business launches, management, and operations.

7+ years of executive positions for international projects, creating engaging digital projects and campaigns for impact.

5+ years in audit, set up and support remote work environments (employer brand, corporate education, remote operations etc.).

500+ tech and business-oriented events created, including hackathons, ideathons, impact products and programs (online/offline/hybrid, up to 15k participants at once).

Anna Khlyntseva

Entrepreneur, owner of the ITEM brand, program manager and mentor of educational programs Ukrainian Hub. Anna has over 15 years of business experience. During this time:

  • Founded a web studio that worked with clients from the USA, Germany, Israel, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine.
  • She is a co-founder of the international conference for IT specialists ITEM, which for 8 years has brought together professionals from all over Ukraine and speakers from over 15 countries around the world.
  • She was a co-founder of the Jinnto brand, which developed children’s products for the US market, with its own production in Ukraine.

Her approach is based on practical experience: I have a good understanding of every area of business, which allows me to work effectively on the overall strategy, skillfully delegating highly specialized tasks to professionals.

Karina Lapina 

Karina Lapina is a sustainability and innovation expert with over 15 years of experience in product growth and 7+ years in startup acceleration and investment. She is the Co-founder of Enablers School, an external acceleration expert at Greencubator, supporting green tech startups in various acceleratio programs. Her expertise includes product-market fit, sustainable business models, and scaling B2B startups in Cybersecurity, Fintech, and DeepTech.

Maria Yarotska 

Founder of Hackbox Innovation program lead, startup mentor, space and deep tech ecosystem builder. Mom of a teenage girl. Currently: Master’s in Space Entrepreneurship.

Yulia Kravchuk

Employer Brand & Communications Manager at mono

14+ years in communications and marketing (digital, branding, PR, partnerships, events). Currently building mono’s internal and external employer brands.

She worked at Reface, UNIT.City, marketing, recruiting, and R&D agencies, and have launched my own projects. Mentor for donations on the Projector Mentorship Platform. Certified by the Employer Branding Academy by Universum. I completed a kmbs course in management. She believes in the power of communication and enjoy changing people’s lives for the better!
