Meet FEM Online Program Mentors
Anastasia Lunyk Gousev
Anastasia is a culture transformation and organisational development specialist as well as an executive coach with over 15 years’ experience of working with financial services organisations spending over 10 years supporting technology function. She has worked in consulting, advisory and industry in Ukraine, UK and Cyprus, including nine years as part of the Strategy and Transformation group of a global Investment Banking company.
Her specialism includes individual, organisational and cultural assessment, change management, board effectiveness review and learning and development strategy and communications. She facilitates a range of leadership skills workshops.
Anastasia is accredited in several psychometric tools and holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. Her qualifications include a PhD in Change Management & Organisational Culture.

5+ years in audit, set up and support remote work environments (employer brand, corporate education, remote operations etc.).
500+ tech and business-oriented events created, including hackathons, ideathons, impact products and programs (online/offline/hybrid, up to 15k participants at once).
