The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation has successfully concluded the first season of the FEM Online Program with the FEM Online Summit 2025, marking a powerful milestone in its mission to empower teenage girls through education, leadership, and community-driven change.
The FEM Online Program is a three-month, free international leadership initiative designed for teenage girls. Over the course of the program, participants developed essential skills in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and project creation – all within a supportive, international learning environment.
This year, the program received nearly 500 applications, from which 60 girls were selected to participate. Guided by six mentors, inspired by 20+ speakers, and engaged through 35 educational sessions, participants worked in teams to design social-impact initiatives addressing real challenges in their communities.
“We believe girls can achieve anything when they have the right tools and support. FEM is more than a course – it’s a safe space to grow, lead, and connect with peers around the world. After the success of our offline camp in Cyprus, we’re excited to expand and support even more young women,” – says Kateryna Biloruska, founder of the Foundation.
A summit celebrating growth, creativity, and impact
The journey culminated on November 22 at the FEM Online Summit 2025, where all six teams presented their final projects. The Summit brought together participants, mentors, international coaches, and an independent jury composed of successful female entrepreneurs.
Throughout the day, attendees heard motivational keynote speeches, witnessed confident project presentations, and experienced the tangible results of three months of collaboration and learning. Each project was evaluated based on impact, creativity, relevance, and implementation potential.

Award-winning projects and future opportunities
At the conclusion of the Summit, three teams were recognized for the excellence of their projects:
- 1st Place – Team 5 “Girl Empower”
A project focused on improving financial literacy for girls through accessible and practical tools. The team received a grant from the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation to support the implementation of their initiative. - 2nd Place – Team 2 “Dress Your Mind”
A creative project centered on emotional well-being and self-expression, highlighting the importance of mental health for young women. - 3rd Place – Team 1 “Guidelume”
An initiative designed to help girls navigate challenges safely and confidently through guidance and peer support.
All three winning teams were awarded the opportunity to participate in a career-focused retreat in Cyprus, featuring company visits, professional workshops, and sessions with NGOs and experts. In addition, three individual participants who demonstrated outstanding engagement and results throughout the program received special invitations to join the retreat as well.
What is Next?
The Foundation also expressed deep appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the program – mentors, speakers, jury members, and educational partners whose expertise and commitment created a meaningful space for growth and self-belief.
With the successful completion of the first season, the FEM Online Program officially closes one chapter – and opens another.
