Kateryna Biloruska Foundation continues its main mission – to engage children in education, physical activity, innovative education, and take care of their mental health. We have continued to work on our current programs and are ready to share the key results.
Program for the support and development of Olympic sports in Cyprus. The program's mission is to help talented teenagers with the main goal of participating in the Olympic Games and to recognize champions in the international sports community. The Foundation helps them focus on unlocking their sporting potential instead of solving financial issues.
We are very pleased with the success of our athletes. They have been able to gain recognition, medals, and experience in various national and international competitions. Among the recent successes of many of our athletes is participation in the 2023 European Small States Games in Malta, which took place from May 28 to June 3.
We also promote the B-RIGHT project in Cyprus. It aims to help all children and the community learn about their rights through simple basketball exercises that all children can master.
A comprehensive program for children with different life circumstances called "Sports Mentor". The main goal is to develop physical and social skills through sports. Among the tasks is to overcome the tendency to anti-social behavior through interest in a healthy lifestyle.
One of the most important and priority areas for the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation is the continuous involvement of children with disabilities in physical activity and sports. Within the framework of this program in Cyprus, the Foundation develops coaching capacity in the inclusive field, provides systematic training for children with disabilities in various sports, including football, canoeing, and horseback riding.
