FEM – Future Empowered Minds is an international leadership program for teenage girls aged 14-16.
We aim to provide a safe and inspiring space where young girls can develop leadership qualities, connect with peers worldwide, and become active participants in global society
Participants must have a strong motivation to grow, a willingness to learn, and fluency in English.

We’re looking for girls who are passionate about change, justice, and equality. Whether you’re just starting or already leading initiatives — we welcome your voice.
The program is fully funded and conducted online with occasional in-person opportunities. Open to girls from Eastern Europe between the ages of 14-16.
