Leadership program designed to empower teenage girls with essential skills, mentorship, and a network to unlock their potential and shape and create a better tomorrow.

Future Empowered Minds

A leadership online program for girls aged 13–18, combining self-discovery, essential leadership skills, and digital literacy. 900+ active participants from 12 countries, 165 completions, supported by 8 mentors. It provides a safe and inspiring space where young girls can develop leadership qualities, connect with peers, and become active participants in society. You gain skills that will help you in the future to stay positive, unlock your potential, and be flexible and adaptive in our ever-changing world.

The program supports:
– Cypriot girls from low-income or single-parent families.
– Talented young women with high motivation and desire to develop and grow from other countries.

Participants must have a strong motivation to grow, a willingness to learn, and fluency in English.

Jay El Chidiac – FEM Ambassador

"With over 20 years of experience as a professional dancer, I’ve performed internationally and as part of Mayyas - winners of Arabs Got Talent and America’s Got Talent, and finalists on Britain’s Got Talent. I also hold a Bachelor in Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon, passed the Beirut Bar Exam, and completed a Master’s in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London. I am currently an Associate at SteelRose Legal in London, training to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales".

FEM Online Program

FEM Camp 2025

The first FEM Camp, organized by the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation, brought together 19 girls for a life-changing week of self-discovery, learning, and sisterhood. Held in Limassol from April 12 to 19, the camp offered a unique experience for teenage girls to find their voice, speak up, and lead with confidence.

The most recent edition ran June 17–22, 2026, in Limassol, bringing together 50 girls from 10+ countries.

FEM Ambassador Program #GirlsLeadingChange

A space for FEM alumnae to stay active in the community, share their story, and inspire the next generation of FEM girls. Ambassadors get featured in FEM's international campaigns, join Lives, Q&As and events, connect with girls across countries, and can become mentor buddies for the next cohort. Open to any FEM alumna — no perfect story or big following required, just your real experience.

FEM Mentor Lab — Mentor & Facilitator Certification

A four-week certification program that turns a FEM graduate into a trained mentor and facilitator, guiding a group of girls from the next cohort through their own project — from choosing an idea to Demo Day and beyond. Built on near-peer mentoring, backed by structured training, clear role boundaries, a safeguarding protocol, and ongoing supervision.

Project Support

Continued support for girls' projects after the course ends, helping FEM graduates keep building on what they started and turn a course project into something real.

FEM Lectures Series

A series of free, open online lectures and webinars connecting FEM girls and the wider community with experts and practitioners on topics beyond the core curriculum — from communicating clearly and personal branding to protecting your ideas. Open to anyone, no FEM enrollment required

FEM Online-PROGRAM

The FEM Leadership Program is designed to empower young girls with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to become confident and capable leaders. As part of the program, participants will engage in both online and offline activities, including an exclusive online course that provides a strong foundation in leadership.

This course will guide them through self-discovery, essential leadership skills, digital literacy, and the importance of continuous personal and professional growth.

Evolving Me: navigating physical,psychological, and social development

The goal of the module is to reveal the main features of adolescent changes: physical, psychological. How this affects mood, communication, and development.

Discovering Leadership: Understanding its core and assessing your own potential

The goal of this module is to provide a foundational understanding of leadership, its key principles, and to help participants assess their own leadership potential.

Essential leadership skills

The goal of this module is to equip participants with essential leadership skills, including effective communication, time management, financial literacy, and project management, to help them take confident action and achieve meaningful results.

Digital education

The goal of the module: to provide a basis for digital education that will be useful for everyone.

Growth and Continuous Improvement: the importance of lifelong learning in leadership

This module focuses on the significance of continuous growth for leaders in any field. You will learn why leadership is impossible without constant learning and self-improvement, and how to create an environment that supports growth at every stage of your career.
