Future Empowered Minds

FEM is an international leadership program designed for teenage girls aged 14-16. It provides a safe and inspiring space where young girls can develop leadership qualities, connect with peers worldwide, and become active participants in global society. You gain skills that will help you in the future to stay positive, unlock your potential, and be flexible and adaptive in our ever-changing world.

We aim to provide a safe and inspiring space where young girls can develop leadership qualities, connect with peers worldwide, and become active participants in global society

The program supports:
– Ukrainian girls (including those affected by the war) both in Ukraine and abroad.
– Cypriot girls from low-income or single-parent families.
– Talented young women with high motivation and desire to develop and grow from other countries.

Participants must have a strong motivation to grow, a willingness to learn, and fluency in English.
