FEM – Future Empowered Minds is an international leadership program for teenage girls aged 15-17.
We aim to provide a safe and inspiring space where young girls can develop leadership qualities, connect with peers worldwide, and become active participants in global society
The program supports:
– Ukrainian girls (including those affected by the war) both in Ukraine and abroad.
– Cypriot girls from low-income or single-parent families.
– Talented young women with high motivation and desire to develop and grow from other countries.
Participants must have a strong motivation to grow, a willingness to learn, and fluency in English.

Frequently Asked Questions
FEM is designed for motivated and talented teenage girls (ages 15-17) who are eager to grow, develop, and shape their future. Participants may include:
– Cypriot girls from different backgrounds (low-income families, single parents, large families).
– Ukrainian girls living in Ukraine or abroad (from single-parent households, large families, or families of military personnel, including those on active duty, injured, missing, or in captivity).
– Girls from other countries who face social or economic challenges and are looking for opportunities to grow and develop.
The program includes both online and offline activities. The offline events will take place mainly in Cyprus, while the online part of the programme will be accessible worldwide.
