2025 was a year of real impact that spark social changes for the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation. We focused our energy on using sports to change the lives of kids and youth and giving young women the confidence to lead. It has been a year of breaking barriers and witnessing the incredible potential of the next generation. We close this chapter inspired by their strength and ready to make 2026 even bigger.
Inclusive Sports & Social Awareness
We believe sport is the ultimate tool for social inclusion. This year, we strengthened the visibility of para-athletes and inclusive sports for kids in Cyprus.
“Yes, I Can” Social Campaign: In collaboration with the Cyprus National Paralympic Committee, we launched a high-profile social campaign with 16 stunning athletes at Larnaka Airport, and an online photo-video campaign, inspiring thousands of travelers with the stories of resilient athletes.

- Sport groups that support 350 kids and youth with difficult life circumstances monthly with the Nicosia Municipality.

- Blackened Goggles Challenge with the Paralympic Legend Karolina Pelindritou: For the third year, KBF partnered for this unique event in Limassol to promote empathy and understanding of visual impairment.
- Christmas Sports Tournament: A festive celebration of youth sports organized with the local municipality, bringing together 120 children for a day of fair play and holiday joy.

Youth Leadership & Education: The FEM Program
The FEM (Future Empowered Minds) Online Program launched in early 2025 and rapidly evolved into our flagship initiative for young women’s leadership. Following its successful debut, the program is dedicated to providing young women with the tools, confidence, and community they need to lead with impact.
- 60+ Graduates: Over 60 ambitious girls successfully completed the first cohort, reporting increased confidence and leadership readiness.
- A FEM Camp, which took place in April in Limassol, Cyprus, brought together 19 girls for a life-changing week of self-discovery, learning, and sisterhood
- Online Community for more than 500 girls
- Mentorship: We hosted world-class experts, including Forbes 30 Under 30, to teach communication, emotional intelligence, and AI skills to our participants and engaged thousands of participants.
- Direct Support: Top participants received grants to launch their own social projects, turning their ideas into real-world impact.
- Launch of FEM 2.0: We opened applications for the second cohort to inspire more girls in Cyprus.

Innovation & Global Collaboration
KBF’s methodology in Non-Formal Education (NFE) gained international acclaim in 2025.
- EPSI Innovation Award: The foundation was honored at the EPSI Conference 2025 for our innovative approach to combining sports with leadership education.
- Martial Arts Coalition: KBF officially joined the Martial Arts Coalition for Sustainable Development, aligning our efforts with global experts to use martial arts as a vehicle for social change.
- Erasmus Days 2025: We actively participated in the Nicosia event, sharing our experience in youth empowerment with European partners.
- Kateryna Biloruska serves as a chairwoman of the International Relationships Committee for the Cyprus National Paralympic Committee (CNPC).
- Representatives from more than 40 countries, including KBF, took part in the Diving for Peace 2025 Event.The event was organized by the Cyprus National Paralympic Committee together with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth and the Mayor of Limassol.

Community Resilience & Environmental Action
When our community faced challenges, KBF acted swiftly to provide support.
- Fire Relief & Reforestation: Following the wildfires in Souni–Zanatzia, KBF partnered with Enalian Consulting to rebuild Aurora Park and support reforestation efforts, ensuring a green future for the local youth.

- Institutional Growth: Formally incorporated in 2023, 2025 marked the year our foundation solidified its role as a key Cyprus-based charitable organization.
- Signed the Memorandums of cooperation and support communities with the Municipality Multifunctional Foundation and Limassol Municipality.
