FEM Open Lectures 2026

Three events. Three themes. Your gateway to the FEM community.

Welcome to the 2026 Open Lecture Series — a space designed for girls aged 13–18 to explore leadership, health, and self-expression. Whether you are a FEM alumna or joining us for the first time, these sessions offer a “test drive” of our full leadership program.

🗓 Lecture 1: May 16 "My Body, My Story: Health, Hormones, and the Power of Being Real"

Format: Online Live (Zoom) | Cost: Free | For whom: Girls 13–18

The first lecture is all about knowing yourself from the inside out. We combine medical expertise with the art of storytelling to help you build a deep connection with yourself and others.

Block 1: Body

Speaker: Dr. Silina

Topic: Changes in the body, hormones, menstrual cycles, and understanding your “normal” — honest and without shame.

Block 2: The Power of Storytelling

Speaker: Annetta Benzar

Topic: How vulnerability and your personal story become tools for self-discovery and building authentic connections.
